Resolution: EMC NetWorker backup causing issue

We disabled the backup software for 2 weeks and the replication network issues no longer occur. :)

We re-scheduled the backup for only once a week on Sunday 12pm (formerly it was running backup jobs almost every day). In the meantime we are calling EMC Networker technical support to assist.

We are running Domino 8.5.3 HF57 web server on Win2003 32-bit.
